This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, store, and protect personal data across all our products and services, including but not limited to DNA TimeCapsules, Human-to-AI Cloning, Ancestor-to-AI Resurrection, Legacy Achieving, and The 6th Day Project.

- No Sale of Personal Data
We do not sell, rent, or trade client information to any third party — ever. - Secure Data Handling
All client data is stored using industry-standard encryption and access controls. Our infrastructure is designed for long-term resilience and ethical stewardship. - Analytics Usage
We use anonymized analytics to improve site performance, user experience, and client outreach. These analytics do not identify individual users.
🧬 DNA TimeCapsules & Physical Products
- Non-Identifiable Packaging
DNA TimeCapsules do not contain any personally identifiable information. The physical capsule includes a laser-engraved QR code linked to a secure internal ID, which is only accessible by the client or their designated heirs. - Access Protocols
When a client or authorized heir requests access, we verify identity using secure protocols before releasing any associated data. - Legacy Access
Clients may designate heirs or trusted individuals to access their account in the event of death or incapacitation. These individuals are treated as clients by extension and are bound by this policy.
🤖 Digital Services & AI Cloning
- Data Collection
For Human-to-AI Cloning, we collect digital videos, images, writings, preferences, and behavioral data provided by the client. This data is used solely as a secure archive, that the client can decide how it is used, including to train and refine the client’s AI clone. - Indefinite Hosting
“Indefinite” hosting refers to the duration of 640BCE’s operational lifespan. Should the company cease operations, clients will be notified in advance (when possible) and offered data export options. - Digital Identity Disclaimer
AI Clones and Digital Avatars are symbolic representations. They are not exact replications of a client’s consciousness. True identity continuity requires future brain-transfer technologies, which are not yet available.

📄 Your Rights & Controls
- Access & Portability
Clients or designated heir(s) will have web-portal access to their data and access a copy of their digital archive at any time. - Deletion & Revocation
Clients or designated heir(s) may delete data or revoke access permissions. Some archival services may be irreversible once physically sealed. - Consent Management
Clients may update heir access, permissions, and legacy preferences through their 640BCE Account Representative.
